30-Day Return Window

All appliance parts must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Requests made after this period cannot be honored due to manufacturer constraints.

Eligibility Requirements

Parts must be in their original, unopened packaging and in brand-new condition. Proper documentation including the original receipt or digital order confirmation is required for all returns.

Electrical components, installed mechanical parts, and customized special-order items are non-returnable once the factory seal is broken, ensuring the safety and reliability of our inventory.

Refund & Exchange Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped part.

Defective or Incorrect Parts

If you received a defective or incorrect part, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.

Every in-home repair we do comes with a 30-day labor warranty — written on every invoice. Parts carry the manufacturer's original warranty, which ranges from 1 year to lifetime depending on the component. If the same thing breaks again inside 30 days, we come back and fix it on our dime.

Before you call.

What if I installed the part already?
Installed mechanical parts are non-returnable for safety and quality reasons. If the part turned out to be defective, call us — we'll work with the manufacturer on your behalf.
What counts as 'defective'?
A part that was damaged in shipping, dead-on-arrival, or doesn't match what was ordered. We cover return shipping on these and ship a replacement at no charge.
I lost my receipt. Can I still return?
If you have your order number, phone number on file, or confirmation email — we can almost always find it. Call us first before shipping anything back.
Are special-order parts returnable?
Generally no — special-order and customized parts are ordered specifically for your job and aren't restockable. We'll flag this at the time of order so there's no surprise.
Does the 30-day labor warranty cover a new problem?
It covers the same component / same failure we repaired. If something else breaks, that's a new service call — but we'll always waive the diagnostic if you've had us out in the last 30 days.
