What we collect.
What we don't.
We're a small repair shop, not a marketing company. We collect only what we need to fix your appliance and stand behind the work — nothing else.

What we collect
When you submit the triage form, we collect: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the appliance you need fixed, a short description of the symptom, and (optionally) your email and preferred timing. That's it. We use Umami for site analytics, which records anonymous, aggregated visit data — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal identifiers.
What we use it for
Contacting you about your repair. Texting you a quote and a slot. Pulling up your file if the same thing breaks again inside the warranty window. Nothing else. We don't send marketing email, we don't sell or share your data with third parties, and we don't have a newsletter.
Workiz booking handoff
If you click the booking button on our thank-you page, we pass your form data (name, phone, ZIP, email if provided) to Workiz, our scheduling backend, at online-booking.workiz.com. Workiz operates under its own privacy policy at workiz.com/privacy-policy. The data they receive is the same data you submitted to us — no extra collection, no tracking handoff.
How long we keep it
Until the repair is closed plus one year for warranty claims. After that, the lead record is deleted from our Netlify Forms inbox. Workiz retains job records per their own policy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Our analytics (Umami) is cookieless by design. The Workiz booking widget, when you click through to it, may set its own cookies on the online-booking.workiz.com domain — that's between you and Workiz.
Want your data deleted?
Email info@nextgenappliance.com with the phone number you used and we'll wipe the record within seven business days. No questions asked, no fee.
